Printables & Digital Downloads (PDF)
All printable activity sheets, coloring pages, sticker sheets, and PDF ebooks are delivered digitally — no shipping required! You will receive an email with your download link immediately after purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
You may print your downloads as many times as you like for personal use.
Physical Books (Print-on-Demand)
Our physical books are printed to order by our print-on-demand partners (Gelato / Lulu Direct) and shipped directly to you. Please allow 2–3 business days for printing before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- South Africa: 5–10 business days
- Africa (other): 7–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
European Union (EU) Customers
Digital & Printable Products Digital downloads (printable activity sheets, colouring pages, sticker sheets, and other PDF products) are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your email after purchase. No physical shipping applies to digital products. Please note that digital products are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been accessed.
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand) Physical products — including posters, canvas prints, framed prints, mugs, tote bags, and other printed goods — are produced on demand by our third-party print-on-demand partner, Gelato.
